Payment Options
Kindly make payment when you submit reservation. During this busy holiday season priority will be given to reservations that accompany payment. I will follow up with your unpaid reservation, time permitting. *Big Sky Sitters had a 98% placement rate for reservations submitted last winter season. Your reservation fee will be refunded if we are unable to fulfill your reservation requirements

Cancellation Policy
Big Sky Sitters reserves the right to charge you via paypal invoice $50 for an evening out reservation if cancelled or changed less than 24 hours. All changes and cancellations must be received by Big Sky Sitters. Ski day cancellations of 72 hours or less will be billed $100 per ski day via paypal invoice.
All reservation fees paid to Big Sky Sitters are non-refundable once sitter is assigned and only refunded if Big Sky Sitters does not have availability.
