Reservation Fees are paid via PayPal as you submit your reservation
Evening Reservation Fee $25 Ski Day Reservation fee $30
Holiday Rates (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, December 26 Ski Day, Easter Sunday, Martin Luther King weekend, Presidents Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend): add $5/hour to hourly rate.
*BABYSITTING HOURLY RATES PAID IN CASH OR CHECK DIRECTLY TO SITTER AT END OF SHIFT
*RESERVATION FEES PAID THROUGH PAYPAL ON RESERVATION FORM
Cancellation Policy : Big Sky Sitters reserves the right to charge you via PayPal invoice $100 for an evening out reservation if cancelled or changed less than 24 hours. All changes and cancellations must be received by Big Sky Sitters. Ski day cancellations of 72 hours or less will be billed $100 per ski day via PayPal invoice.
All reservation fees paid to Big Sky Sitters are non-refundable once sitter is assigned and are only refunded if Big Sky Sitters does not have availability.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, babysitters may choose to cancel a shift if their safety is in question.

Groups, Reunions, Weddings, Conferences
For event childcare, we keep our sitter to children ratio 1:3. Prices vary for the time, location, and number of children. Please contact us via email with more details, and we will give you a cost estimate!
