1Can our babysitter come the day before to meet the children?
Unfortunately, no. Most of our babysitters work full or part-time jobs in Big Sky or Bozeman. If you would like to have to get to know your sitter ahead of time, another option is to schedule an earlier start time so your children can get acquainted with the sitter.
2Do you care for children with special needs and learning disabilities?
Yes, we pride ourselves in being able to care for children with special needs. Please include any special circumstances a sitter would need to be aware of in the notes field when you are making a reservation. That way we can be sure to place a babysitter who has experience working with your child's specific needs.
3Do you do background checks?
Yes, we do a background check and conduct in-person interviews with every sitter we work with to make sure that each babysitter will provide your child with only the best care.
4Can the babysitters drive, pick up, or take the children to activities?
No, unfortunately they can't for liability reasons.
5Why is there a six hour minimum for a day shift?
Most of our sitters live in Bozeman or the surrounding area, which means that they have at least an hour drive each way to Big Sky. Our hourly minimums are designed so our sitters can commit to making the trip. We believe that your time is valuable, and so is theirs.
6Why do I have to pay the booking fee before I have a confirmed sitter?
Our system is designed to be as efficient for you as possible, with minimal back-and-forth. That's why we take care of the booking fee up front, and you pay your sitter directly on the day. Our sitters are always eager to work, so out of countless bookings, we only wind up being unable to match a small handful of families each year. If in the rare case we can't find a sitter to match your date, time, or specific needs, the booking fee will be refunded immediately.
